Dana Watkins

Dana Watkins has been an important part of the Ethos community for many years, working behind the scenes with Rick Friedman to help bring Ethos programs to life. She has supported the coordination and administration of the programs, welcomed participants, and managed many of the details that allow faculty and participants to focus on the work.

But Dana’s relationship with Ethos goes beyond administration. She loves the work, the people, and what Ethos represents. Having been part of its history, she brings valuable institutional memory and a deep understanding of the community and culture that have developed over the years.

As Ethos enters its next chapter, Dana will continue to be an integral part of the Institute, helping preserve what has made Ethos special while supporting its continued growth and evolution.
